Who we are
This website is operated by Daniel Kim & Associates, Sotheby’s International Realty Canada, Brokerage, 1867 Yonge Street, Suite 100, Toronto, ON M4S 1Y5. The website, summerhillresidence.ca, is an independent presentation of The Summerhill, not the developer’s website.
What we collect
Registration processing is not yet enabled on this site. When it is enabled, we will collect the information you give us when you register:
- your name, email address and phone number;
- whether you are a realtor and, if so, your brokerage;
- the suite type you are interested in;
- the page you registered on, the referring website and campaign parameters (for example, utm tags) that tell us how you found this site.
Why we collect it
We use your information to respond to your The Summerhill registration, send you floor plans and pricing, and arrange appointments. With your express consent, we also send you electronic messages about The Summerhill and other new-home opportunities.
Who we share it with
When registration processing is enabled, we may store your registration with our customer relationship management provider, Follow Up Boss, to manage your request. We share your information with the developer’s sales team only when needed to arrange your appointment or a purchase you ask us to pursue. We never sell your information.
Follow Up Boss and our hosting provider may store and process your information on servers outside Canada, including in the United States. While it is there, it is subject to the laws of that country and may be accessible to its courts, law-enforcement and national-security authorities.
Cookies and browser storage
This site does not load Meta Pixel or Google Ads tags. It uses first-party browser storage to remember how you arrived, including the referring website and campaign parameters, for up to 90 days. When registration processing is enabled, those details may be included with your registration to help us understand how you found The Summerhill.
You can clear or block this storage through your browser settings.
Electronic communications and CASL consent
Consent to promotional emails and text messages is optional and separate from your request for information.
